This extension provides store owners and SEO managers the ability to set meta robots values for any URL.
The Meta Robots Override Extension provides store owners and SEO managers the ability to set meta robots values for any URL.
This allows you to keep search engine robots from indexing certain parts of your site and you can specify exactly which pages to override.
The way it works is very easy!
All you have to do is navigate to System > Configuration > Redstage > Meta Robots Override Settings > Settings > Robots Overrides.
The syntax is just one per line, and then within each line it is:
SLUG = ROBOTVALUE
ROBOTVALUE is triggered when the current url *starts with* the SLUG. So for example, an entry containing "customer/account" will apply to "customer/account/login" and "customer/account/create".
